What readerbull is

Readerbull ("we", "us") is a platform that helps self-published authors understand and improve how discoverable their books are on Amazon, through a Visibility Score, competitor and keyword research, and a written marketing strategy. By creating an account or using readerbull, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your email address using a passwordless magic link, and can optionally set a password for faster return logins. You're responsible for keeping access to your own email account secure, since that's how we verify it's really you. You can also sign in with your Google account if you prefer.

Free tier and payment

Readerbull has a free tier, and paid plans you can subscribe to from the pricing page or from your dashboard. Payment is handled by Stripe, and you can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing settings. We will always show you clearly what a plan costs before you subscribe.

Your content and manuscripts

Anything you upload, including manuscript files and book details, remains yours. We store it to generate your Visibility Score and audit, and to let you access your dashboard. We don't sell your content or claim ownership of it.

Amazon data and accuracy

Your Visibility Score and audit are built using publicly available Amazon listing data (via third-party research tools) and AI-generated analysis. Amazon data changes constantly and AI-generated text can be wrong, so we don't guarantee perfect accuracy, and nothing in your audit should be treated as guaranteed sales advice.

No guarantee of results

Readerbull gives you information and suggestions intended to help your book's discoverability. We can't guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, or sales increase, since those also depend on factors outside our or your control, like Amazon's own algorithm and reader demand.

Acceptable use

Don't use readerbull to upload content you don't have the rights to, to attempt to access other authors' accounts or data, or to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do this.

Third-party services we rely on

Readerbull uses Supabase (accounts and data storage), Google (only if you choose to sign in with your Google account), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Resend (email delivery), and third-party research tools for Amazon and keyword data, plus Anthropic's AI models to help generate your audit narrative. Each of these providers processes data as needed to make readerbull work.

Ending your account

You can stop using readerbull at any time. If you'd like your account and data deleted, email us at hello@readerbull.com and we'll take care of it.

Limitation of liability

Readerbull is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as readerbull evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to users where practical.
